In this role, you’re not just a Tech Lead who assigns tickets. Nor are you a manager who only observes the code from a distance. You combine both roles, leading a team of front-end, full-stack, and back-end developers and working with them to further develop the systems that underpin our e-commerce business. From ERP and WMS to logistics and complex integrations: You ensure that business requirements are transformed into robust, scalable, and future-proof solutions.

• You lead people: You coach your team, nurture talent, and create the conditions necessary for developing high-quality software.
• You shape technology: You make architectural decisions, set technical standards, and keep an eye on code quality, performance, and scalability.
• You develop software yourself: Using PHP/Laravel, you work hands-on on challenging features and integrations.
• You think like a businessperson: You understand business challenges and translate them into pragmatic technical solutions-from initial analysis through to production.
• You think ahead: Together with your team, you’ll continue to refine our engineering, quality, and delivery processes.

That’s why you’ll use AI-powered and increasingly agent-based development tools for analysis, development, and quality assurance-responsibly and with a clear focus on quality and risks.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE

• You’ll lead, coach, and develop a team of front-end, full-stack, and back-end developers.
• You’ll actively develop using PHP/Laravel and implement complex features and integrations.
• You’ll be responsible for architecture, code quality, performance, releases, and technical standards.
• You’ll translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
• You’ll see solutions through from analysis to production.
• You will further develop our development, quality, and delivery processes in line with our DevOps and platform standards.
• You will work closely with ERP, WMS, DevOps, BI/Data, and external partners.
• Together with your team, you’ll establish modern, AI-supported development methods., * PHP / Laravel

• Several years of experience in software development, ideally supplemented by initial leadership experience
• Very strong knowledge of PHP/Laravel, REST APIs, and MySQL
• Experience with queues, events, and integration patterns
• Experience with scalable service architectures, containerization, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Technical judgment and a high standard for quality
• A passion for translating complex business problems into pragmatic technical solutions
• Openness to AI-driven and agent-based software development
• The ability to bring people and technology together
