Job description

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Clients mithilfe von Matrix und/oder Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Bearbeitung und LĂśsung von IT-Anfragen im 1st-Level-Support.
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation des Asset Managements.
  • Analyse und Behebung von StĂśrungen im Client- und Arbeitsplatzumfeld.
  • Dokumentation von Supportfällen sowie Mitarbeit an der Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse.

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Softwareverteilung, Client-Bereitstellung und im Windows-11-Umfeld
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (ab B2) sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune und/oder Matrix von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Windows-Migrationen, standardisierten Client-Rollouts sowie IT-Asset-Management wĂźnschenswert
