Job description

  • IT-Support, Einrichten von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (PC, Notebook etc.)
  • Betreuung der Anwender bei Problemen rund um die Hard- und Software des IT-Arbeitsplatzes
  • Unterstützung des lokalen IT-Teams
  • Erstellen von Anwenderdokumentationen
  • Unterstützung des Webmasters bei der Betreuung des Hausintranets und der Homepage (CMS, Drupal)
  • Betreuung der Medientechnik, insbesondere der Videokonferenztechnik im Sitzungssaal

Requirements

  • Technisches Grundverständnis der Informationstechnik
  • Hohes Maß an Interesse an IT-Themen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Software und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Fähigkeit zu selbständigem Arbeiten
  • Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Benefits & conditions

Die Stelle ist befristet für längstens zwei Jahre und wird gemäß dem Tarifvertrag der Länder (TV-L) je nach Vorkenntnissen von der Entgeltgruppe 4 bis zur Entgeltgruppe 6 TV-L vergütet. Die Arbeitszeitgestaltung erfolgt flexibel nach Absprache; jedoch ohne Homeoffice-Anteil.
