  • Telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen von Benutzern entgegennehmen und unterstĂźtzen

Probleme bei Hardware, Software und Netzwerkverbindungen analysieren und beheben Passwortzurßcksetzungen und Kontoverwaltung durchfßhren Fernwartung und Remote-Support fßr Benutzer durchfßhren Softwareinstallationen und Updates durchfßhren Neue Computer und Geräte einrichten und konfigurieren, Mitarbeiterrabatte Flexible Arbeitszeiten Aufstiegschancen Weiterbildung und Entwicklung Urlaub und Freizeit

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich der Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und gängiger Bßrosoftware Grundkenntnisse in der IT-Supportarbeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei Hardware und Software Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
