Unterstützung der Endbenutzer bei technischen Problemen

Fehleranalyse und -behebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen Dokumentation von Supportanfragen und Lösungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Erfahrung im IT-Support und gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten
