  • IT-Support für interne und externe Nutzer

Beteiligung an aktuellen und zukünftigen Projekten (z.B. CRM-Systeme, Kollaborationsplattformen, Dokumentenmanagement) Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen zu IT-Anwendungen Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung digitaler Arbeitsprozesse Erstellung leicht verständlicher Handbücher und Anleitungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder entsprechendes Studium

Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Officel Erste Erfahrungen in Projektmanagement, Kollaborationsplattformen und CRM von Vortei
