Job description

  • Betreuung und Ãœberwachung von Windows Server- & Client-Infrastruktur.
  • Fehlersuche, Prüfung und Entstörung per Fernwartung oder vor Ort.
  • Dokumentation per Ticketsystem.
  • Ansprechpartner für alle technischen Belange.
  • Erarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Lösungen.
  • Installation von Hard- Software.
  • Unterstützung bei IT Projekten.

Requirements

  • Technische Ausbildung: HTL, FH, Lehre, Studium oder Berufserfahrung., * Spaß an der Arbeit.
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Netzwerkkenntnisse.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Firewall, MS Exchange Server, Windows.
  • Kenntnisse in Windows 7/8/8.1/10 Windows Server 20XX.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Beratungskompetenz.
  • Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Verlässlichkeit und Loyalität.
