Application Support Analyst

• Support and optimize our regulatory reporting platform, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders (partners, development team, QA, and product team).
• Work with regulatory transaction reporting regulations engaging closely with internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Provide support and consultation to our customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
• Monitor to ensure compliance with new technical and regulatory requirements as required.
• Independently and professionally communicate with customers and partners to deliver solutions and manage expectations.
• Conduct UAT testing, evaluating functionality and output of our SaaS product.
• Conduct onboarding of new clients.

• Genuine interest in regulatory reporting and a desire to grow in this field.
• Strong IT generalist.
• Strong proficiency in API tools, data transformation, SFTP.
• Proficiency in Postman, Excel, FileZilla, Visual studio code, and Ponton X/P Messenger.
• Network technology skills (CCNA or equivalent certification is an advantage).
• Knowledge of XML and CSV is required.
• General knowledge of the SDLC.
• Release Management.
• Kanban / Waterfall.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (required).
• Genuine interest in developing regulatory knowledge, particularly transaction reporting (e.g., EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank, or REMIT).
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment.
• Independent Working Style: You thrive when working autonomously and have the drive to take initiative.
• Familiar with project management methodologies, and comfortable applying them to daily work.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, ensuring a high sense of quality and responsibility in all tasks.

• Previous working experience in the financial services industry, banking, energy, FinTech, or compliance sector are a must.
