Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

practice, compliance, and process optimisation. Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Lead payroll process workshops and solution walkthroughs. Support payroll integrations with finance, time & labour, absence, and third-party systems. Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and support documentation. Manage defect resolution, change requests, and enhancement delivery. Support pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and solution design. Mentor junior team members and support capability development. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years’ Oracle HCM / HRMS consulting experience. Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and payroll processes. Experience with Absence Management and Time & Labour modules preferred. Strong experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support engagements. Knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS / Payroll advantageous. Familiarity with payroll integrations and reporting tools. Strong documentation and client communication skills. Work on global Oracle Cloud transformation programs. Collaborate with international teams and clients.
