Job description

Take ownership of more complex first, second, and third line issues
Act as an escalation point for the wider team
Lead on Microsoft-centric support and projects
Support customers and help resolve technical challenges

Requirements

Strong, demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Azure administration experience
High-level Microsoft 365 support and administration
Microsoft Copilot and wider 365 knowledge
Experience working within an IT support environment, with MSP experience preferred
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
Confidence to troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Experience with Halo PSA, Power Apps, Power Automate, or wider networking knowledge is an advantage

The salary is £40K - £55K depending on experience.
