Structured Cabling Data Center Technician II

The Structured Cabling Data Center Technician supports low-voltage infrastructure installation within a data center and commercial construction environment. This role is responsible for installing cable pathways, basket tray systems, and related structured cabling infrastructure while following project specifications and safety standards. Candidates must have previous low-voltage experience and be comfortable working in an active construction environment. This is a contract position with no travel required., * Install basket tray, cable pathways, and low-voltage infrastructure within a data center environment.

• Support structured cabling installation activities according to project plans and specifications.
• Route, organize, and secure cabling using established installation standards.
• Work safely around active commercial construction operations and equipment.
• Use appropriate hand and power tools to complete low-voltage installation tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout installation activities.
• Coordinate with project team members to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, site requirements, and installation standards.

• Previous low-voltage installation experience required.
• Commercial construction experience required.
• Experience installing basket tray and cable pathway systems required.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure installation.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools associated with cable installation.
• Ability to follow construction drawings, work instructions, and project specifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented construction environment.

• Monday-Friday day shift is currently scheduled.
• Overtime and night shifts may be required as project needs develop.
• No travel is required.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is expected.
