Job description

Develop scalable front end interfaces and 508-compliant user experiences using Angular, RxJS, Bootstrap, and modern TypeScript.
Implement robust front-end solution using Angular Core concepts ,ensure clean code separation through Components, Directives, Services and Dependency Injection.
Build reactive user interfaces by effectively managing complex application states and asynchronous data streams using RxJs.
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and Azure Function Apps using .NET Core. Design ER-model, SQL schemas, write efficient queries, and integrate apps with Azure SQL and PL/SQL environments.
Implement Azure PaaS integrations including App Service, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Functions.
Create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps; ensure secure release practices.
Produce clean, well tested code using Jasmine/Karma/NUnit and deliver supporting architecture diagrams and documentation.
Ensure accessibility, security, error handling, and adherence to coding standards across all deliverables.
Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, grooming).
Support modernization and migration initiatives to cloud-native architecture, including re engineering legacy components.
Assist with configuring CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps to automate builds, testing, scanning, deployments.
Use GitHub Copilot responsibly to accelerate development while ensuring review and quality checks.

Requirements

Front End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript/jQuery, Angular 17+/19+, RxJS, Bootstrap, Jasmine, Karma, UI/UX, Section 508 compliance.
Back End: C# (.NET 6+/8), .NET Core, .NET 8.0, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, Azure Function Apps, Open XML, NUnit.
Azure Cloud: App Service, Functions, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Data Factory, Events.
Database: Azure SQL DB, SQL Server PaaS, strong SQL & PL/SQL skills, DBA skills.
DevOps & Version Control: Azure DevOps (TLT), GitHub; GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, JIRA or similar Agile work-management tools.
Methodologies: Agile/Scrum.
