Performance Du verantwortest die Microsoft 365-Umgebung ( Entra ID , Exchange Online ) und optimierst diese kontinuierlich Du analysierst Fehler , löst Probleme im 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support und verhinderst Wiederholungen Du entwickelst Private- und Hybrid-Clouds , integrierst Security & Compliance (z. B. Conditional Access , Hardening ) Du übersetzt Anforderungen in Lösungen , dokumentierst diese und koordinierst Partner sowie Dienstleister Qualifikationen: Du hast eine IT-Ausbildung und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Microsoft-Infrastruktur ( Active Directory , Windows Server , Azure , Microsoft 365 ) inkl.
