Job description

  • Betreuung einer umfangreichen IT-Landschaft mit On-Premise-Services sowie Cloud-Diensten (u.a. Microsoft 365)
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit
  • Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten im ERP- & Applikationsumfeld
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen, einschließlich Konfigurationsdetails, Abläufen und Troubleshooting-Guides
  • Ansprechpartner bei allgemeinen IT-Anfragen (1st & 2nd Level Support)

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT (Lehre / HAK / HTL), * Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Produkten (Microsoft 365, Power BI)
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Servicegedanken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

Erfahrung

  • Idealerweise erste berufliche Erfahrungen
