Deine Rolle im Team

Design, implement and manage infrastructure with Kubernetes and AWS.
Collaborate with our Ruby/Elixir backend team to containerize applications and deploy them on Kubernetes.
Optimize Kubernetes cluster performance, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions with Grafana/Prometheus.
Ensure the security of our environments by following best practices and implementing security controls.
Automate Kubernetes deployment and management processes using Helm, Kustomize, Flux and Pulumi.
Maintain service communication using Linkerd.
Integrate application dependencies like RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Snowflake, DynamoDB.
Develop internal tools that make our lives easier.
Deal with the challenges of an established and continuously growing project.

Requirements

Deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts, components, and APIs.
Strong knowledge of Linux architecture and administration.
Enjoy problem solving and have a keen eye for details.
Thrive in a small, agile team environment.
Love giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Independent, precise, and well-organized work style.
Enjoy to share knowledge and learn.
Driven by the challenge of delivering high-performance and scalable solutions.
Proficient in English; speaking German is a plus., * Proven experience as a Kubernetes engineer or similar role (e.g. DevOps engineer with Kubernetes focus).
