- Gestaltung, Etablierung & Steuerung von Prozessen zur Qualitätssteigerung und Optimierung der Abläufe
- Definition & Etablierung von Metriken & KPIs zur stetigen Sicherstellung der Reife unserer Software, Systeme & Services
- Definition von Strategien & Standards fürs E2E-Monitoring & -Alerting digitaler Services & Abstimmung mit Beteiligten
- Optimierung & Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von DevOps-Prozessen sowie beim Produkt-, Release- & Test-Management
- Stetiges Etablieren, Prüfen & Sicherstellen von Prozessen, Vorschriften, Standards; v.a. im Betrieb (Service Governance)
- Qualitätssicherung der Software-Dokumentation inkl. Qualitätssicherungsbericht sowie Audit-Durchführung & -Begleitung
- Support & Coaching der Entwicklungsteams bei Prozessumsetzung, Einhaltung der Standards & kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der (agilen) Softwareentwicklung für Web/App-Anwendungen
- ISO 9001 Zertifizierung oder QS-Zertifizierung nach ITIL wünschenswert
- Expertise in der Organisation von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Moderation von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen sowie starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit Projekt-/Organisationstools (ideal: Jira/Confluence) & bestenfalls Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement
- Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, offenes & agiles Mindset, starke Empathie sowie gute Improvisationsstärke
