Job description

  • Mitarbeit in der Behörden-Hotline für IT-Technik (UHD)
  • Entgegennehmen, Beschreiben und Steuern von gemeldeten IT-Störungen und Dokumentation in einer zentralen Datenbank
  • Unterstützung der Beschäftigten in allen Fragen zur Nutzung der bereitgestellten IT-Soft- und Hardware
  • Installation und Aufbau von Arbeitsplatz-PC und deren individuelle Anpassung an die jeweilige Arbeitsplatzumgebung
  • Unterstützung bei polizeilichen Einsatzlagen, auch außerhalb der regulären Dienstzeiten

Requirements

  • Fachinformatiker/in in der Fachrichtung Systemintegration/ Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung oder
  • Informationstechnische/r Assistent/in (ITA) oder
  • In einem vergleichbaren IT-Beruf (z.B. IT-Systemelektroniker/in)
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Deutschkenntnisse des Niveaus B2
  • Bereitschaft zum Dienst auch außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeit
  • Ausgeprägte persönliche und soziale Kompetenz (Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Verschwiegenheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit) Fortbildungsbereitschaft
