Job description

  • Rasche und effiziente Bereitstellung von Lösungen, Betreuung von Kunden via Telefon, E-Mail oder persönlich vor Ort Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der IT-Systeme Zügige Bearbeitung technischer Herausforderungen

Requirements

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer Ausbildung oder eines Studiums im Bereich Informationstechnologie oder ähnliche Qualifikation

Vorherige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support oder Kundenservice ist von Vorteil Solide Kenntnisse in gängigen Betriebssystemen und Büroanwendungen Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine starke Kundenorientierung sind für dich oberste Priorität
