Job description

Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native. Design and develop applications for both iOS and Android. Lead and coordinate the offshore development team. Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve technical issues. Review code and ensure development standards are followed. Work with product, backend, QA, and DevOps teams. Integrate REST APIs and third-party services. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions. Support application releases to the App Store and Google Play Store. Mentor offshore developers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience. 4+ years of hands-on React Native experience. Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native. Experience with iOS and Android development. Experience with REST APIs, Redux, Git, and CI/CD. Experience with mobile application testing and debugging. Strong communication and leadership skills. Previous experience working with or leading offshore teams. Ability to work across different time zones. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
