Job description

We are looking for an elite, hands-on Staff Software Engineer - Mobile to serve as our primary execution engine and cross-product technical anchor.

The Daily Focus: Stay deeply hands-on, driving velocity and relentlessly delivering enterprise-grade mobile experiences for one of our core products.
The Bigger Picture: Act as the technical guiding light across our broader mobile footprint-mentoring engineers and ensuring architectural consistency across other product lines.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver, Deliver, Deliver: Drive the engineering velocity, performance, and hands-on execution of one of our core mobile products.
Define the Architecture Strategy: Architect modular, reusable component systems and predictable state management solutions (React, Zustand / Redux, Context API).
Set the Technical Standard: Establish shared mobile architectures, clean navigation, and routing strategies across all product lines.
Elevate the Team: Guide and mentor mobile talent across both in-house squads and external contractor teams.
Pioneer Agentic AI: Integrate GenAI and Agentic AI tools into the daily developer lifecycle to accelerate delivery and cut routine friction.
Streamline Pipelines: Partner with QA and DevOps to mature automated CI/CD pipelines and minimize App Store submission friction.

Requirements

Mobile Ecosystem Depth: Expert-level experience delivering apps using React Native and TypeScript, paired with the native capability to drop down into Swift or Kotlin (ideally both) for custom modules and platform optimization. (8+ years)
Relentless Pragmatism: Track record of high-velocity delivery, balancing technical debt with rapid product innovation without rigid dogma.
The “Anchor” Mindset: Ability to crush your own product deliverables while naturally lifting the technical bar for other product lines.
Hybrid Team Mentorship: Experience maintaining high code quality across a blend of internal peers and third-party contractors.
Agentic AI Fluency: Practical experience utilizing Agentic AI tools and LLM workflows to augment personal and team output.
