The ideal candidate will have strong recent experience in Python, Databricks, MLflow, RAG, LLM applications, Agentic AI, AI evaluation, and production AI deployment. • Strong hands-on Python development and production AI/ML engineering
• Experience with Databricks and MLflow
• Experience with RAG and LLM application architecture
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and tool-based workflows
• Experience with LLM/model evaluation frameworks
• Experience building reusable AI accelerators, templates, components, and reference implementations
• Understanding of AI Ops, model lifecycle, and production deployment
• Strong ability to work directly with engineering teams and translate architecture into production solutions
