L3 Support Engineer (.Net/C#)

At AKKODIS, a global leader in engineering and digital services, we are looking for talent like you!We are an international company specialized in technology, engineering and innovation, supporting the digital transformation of leading organizations across multiple industries.We are currently looking for a Senior L3 Application Support Engineer to join an international banking project , working within a global fintech operations team and supporting mission-critical applications in a highly available and distributed environment.We are looking for a proactive and hands-on L3 Application Support Engineer who will act as the highest technical escalation point for complex production incidents.You will work closely with Software Engineers, Service Owners and Product Owners in an Agile environment, performing deep-dive troubleshooting, root cause analysis and performance optimization across distributed microservices and event-driven architectures.Act as the L3 escalation point for critical production incidents, driving resolution through log analysis, code debugging and telemetry.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex incidents and outages, working with development teams to implement long-term solutions.Analyse data and troubleshoot performance or integrity issues using complex SQL queries .Participate in release management, operational readiness reviews and deployments in Kubernetes environments.Work with REST APIs, Microservices, MQ and Kafka , including event handling and topic troubleshooting.Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule supporting mission-critical applications.3+ years of hands-on experience in L3 Application Support, Site Reliability Engineering or Software Engineering within high-availability environments.? Strong backend troubleshooting experience with .NET and C# .? Solid knowledge of distributed architectures, REST APIs, Microservices, MQ and Kafka .? Strong experience with MSSQL and relational databases , including data analysis and troubleshooting.? Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Windows and Linux environments.? Experience working with Dynatrace and Splunk .Knowledge of Grafana is a plus.? Ability to participate in an on-call rotation , including evening and weekend coverage when required.? Excellent written and spoken English , with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.?
