This individual will play a critical leadership role in driving alignment between Analytics, Data Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders while ensuring successful execution of large-scale enterprise reporting and data initiatives., * Lead program management efforts for the Analytics organization, overseeing initiatives related to the Enterprise Data Platform, reporting infrastructure, and data-driven business solutions.

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, Analytics teams, and business stakeholders to drive execution of critical data and reporting projects.
• Own and facilitate quarterly planning activities, including roadmap development, dependency management, capacity planning, and prioritization of strategic initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of major programs, including Epic creation, review, tracking, reporting, and executive-level status communication.
• Establish program governance processes and ensure alignment across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Work alongside an existing Scrum Master to support Agile delivery practices, remove execution roadblocks, and ensure successful program outcomes.
• Drive visibility into key program metrics, milestones, risks, and dependencies through regular reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate efforts between Product and Engineering teams as they continue to mature and optimize their Agile/Scrum operating model.
• Partner with leadership to ensure enterprise reporting capabilities and data platform initiatives support broader business objectives.

• 6-10+ years of Program Management experience leading complex technology, analytics, or data-focused initiatives.
• Strong experience supporting Enterprise Data Platforms, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting organizations.
• Experience working within Agile environments, including quarterly planning, roadmap execution, Epic management, and cross-functional program coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including sr. leadership.
• Proven track record managing large, cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams., * Prior experience in the retail industry, supporting enterprise analytics, reporting, or data platform initiatives.
• Experience with MicroStrategy reporting environments and enterprise business intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Azure and related data platform tools.
• Experience working in organizations undergoing Agile transformation or standing up new delivery frameworks and processes., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
