Job description

Design, implement, and optimize search solutions using lexical, semantic, and vector-based methods.
Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques to enhance large language model applications with contextual enterprise data.
Consult with clients to translate business needs into AI-powered search strategies.
Develop embedding, indexing, and query workflows to improve search precision and recall.
Evaluate and incorporate large language models and GenAI into search and analytics use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions with existing systems.
Provide strategic advice to improve search performance and user experience.
Lead technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on advanced search and GenAI techniques.
Act as a trusted advisor on emerging AI-powered search and retrieval trends.
Stay updated on advancements in Elasticsearch, GenAI, and search methodologies.

Requirements

Practical experience with Elasticsearch in search, analytics, or data science contexts.
Strong knowledge of search relevance, indexing, and query optimization.
Experience with AI-driven solutions in enterprise settings.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
