AI Solutions Engineer

The AI Solutions Engineer develops and implements practical AI solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and user experience. This role works with business teams to identify opportunities, build solutions, and drive adoption.

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value and feasibility.
• Design and develop AI applications, document processing solutions, and workflow automations.
• Build prototypes and MVPs to validate solutions and processes.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing applications, data, and APIs.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, compliance, and data governance standards.
• Partner with business, data, IT, and security teams to deliver solutions.
• Support user training, rollout, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Help scale successful AI solutions across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience with machine learning or deep learning.
• Experience with generative AI, APIs, workflow automation, and document processing.
• Experience developing business applications, automation, or data solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting technology adoption or organizational change.

Preferred

• Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar technology experience.
• Experience with document intelligence, data extraction, or automation platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, identity, and security practices.
• Experience working in prototype, pilot, or MVP environments.

Pay: $60-77/hr W2 Term: 6 month Contract-to-Hire ITAR Requirement: This position may involve access to export-controlled technical data. Candidates must meet applicable U.S. Person requirements where required by the position.
