Job description

Join Zenith IT Services as a Senior Full Stack Developer and lead the design, build, and deployment of full-stack AI-driven automations. In this role, you’ll own the complete engineering lifecycle-from prototype to production-while mentoring engineers and setting technical direction for the team.

What You’ll Do

Design and architect scalable full-stack systems and AI-assisted automations

Lead engineering teams with strong code quality, testing practices, and responsible AI tooling

Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and production infrastructure

Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization

Work hands-on with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and production systems

Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into engineering solutions

Monitor production systems and proactively optimize for performance, cost, and reliability

Requirements

6+ years of real-world, hands-on software engineering experience inside an organization

Team leadership experience with proven mentoring and code review skills

Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js

Strong backend and API development experience (ideally with Postgres/SQL)

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)

Hands-on production deployment experience

Genuine curiosity about AI and enthusiasm to learn new technologies

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a startup environment
