Salesforce Analyst

• Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user management, permissions, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues with reports, fields, and workflows.
• Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and updates.
• Collaborate with the Director of Data to optimize Salesforce usage across the organization.
• Develop and maintain integration maps to define data flows and relationships between connected systems.
• Collaborate with departmental teams to optimize Salesforce workflows and ensure seamless data integration.
• Validate and reconcile data across integrated systems to ensure accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for automation between systems and implement solutions to streamline business processes.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Analyst to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform while supporting system integration efforts. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system efficiency, with a preference for expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC). A strong business acumen along with the ability to translate in Salesforce is the key to success in this role., * Bachelor’s degree required., * Experience as a Salesforce Analyst, with FSC experience preferred.

• Familiarity with integration tools like Microsoft Power Automate or ETL processes.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey data-driven insights effectively.

• This is a hybrid role, Monday through Friday. Your schedule for working in the office and remotely will be set by your manager.
