Requirements

Must have strong Guidewire and P&C insurance experience.
Commercial Auto experience is strongly preferred.
Must be willing to travel to Omaha at least one week per month.
Additional onsite travel may be required for key workshops, planning sessions, UAT, releases, or other critical business events., * 8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or technology delivery.
3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager in an Agile environment.
Strong P&C Insurance domain experience.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire platforms, preferably PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
Strong understanding of Guidewire implementation, configuration, integrations, and insurance business processes.
Experience creating and managing product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
Experience working with distributed business and technology teams.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Ability and willingness to travel to Omaha at least one week per month for remote positions., * Commercial Auto insurance experience.
Guidewire experience combined with Commercial Auto domain experience.
Guidewire certification or relevant Guidewire implementation experience.
Experience with Guidewire Cloud / Cloud Platform.
Experience with Commercial Lines, particularly Commercial Auto.
Experience with other P&C insurance products such as Property, Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Umbrella, or BOP.
Experience with Guidewire integrations and the surrounding insurance technology ecosystem.
Prior experience supporting large-scale insurance transformation or modernization programs.
PMP, CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, or Scrum certification.
Experience working directly with insurance carriers and business stakeholders.
