SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach.We have offices across Europe and in Mauritius.Our purpose is to bring people solutions to life, enabling organisations of all sizes to turn Human Resources into a source of value for both the business and its people.Our people solutions cover the entire employee journey - from getting people paid to attracting, rewarding and developing talent.Which tasks can you expect?Design, develop, and support SAP integration solutions between SAP systems and external HR platforms.Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Build and maintain ABAP-based integration components and data transformation logic.Configure and troubleshoot web services, APIs, and middleware connections.Support Workday, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM/ECP integration scenarios.Participate in customer workshops, testing activities, go-live support, and hypercare.Contribute to continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and innovation within the SAP Integrations team.What do you have to offer?Years of experience: 5-7 years of SAP integration experience.Functional knowledge:· Functional understanding of SAP HCM/ECP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Workday, HRIS concepts, and HR data replication processes.· Experience with employee data replication and payroll-related integrations.· Knowledge of advanced integration techniques and best practices.· Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into integration solutions.Technical knowledge:· Strong hands-on experience in ABAP Object-Oriented development, including interface development, data transformations, web service consumption, and integration frameworks.· Experience designing, building and supporting employee data, organizational management, and payroll-related integrations between SAP and third-party systems.· Strong hands-on experience with PECI, Workday Connectors, and other HR integration technologies used for employee and payroll data replication.· Experience configuring, consuming, and troubleshooting SOAP and REST services, APIs, authentication methods and SAP communication frameworks.· Understanding of middleware and integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite or equivalent technologies.· Proven experience in integrations involving Workday, SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), SAP HCM/ECP, and related systems.Certifications:SAP certifications in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ABAP, or Workday-related certifications are highly recommended.Languages: advanced English is a must, proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.What do we have to offer?ð Comprehensive training and development programs.Ð Flexible working scheduleð Private medical insurance 100% covered by SD Worxð 25 vacation days ð 18 hours for personal mattersð Reduced summer hours: 36 hours instead of 40 per week, for 4 weeks (to be chosen in July or August)ð Cobee flexible retribution options: meals, transportation, etc.Ð Laptop and equipment providedð Workation: possibility to work from abroad (where SD Worx has legal entity, up to 4 weeks per year)ð Learning opportunities: language courses (as per availability), individual training bonus, an individual development plan, and professional trainingð Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx!Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.SD Worx values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of origin, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, ethnic or social background, or stage of life.All hiring decisions are made based on skills, experience and role?related qualifications.
