We are seeking an Experience Designer who is equally comfortable thinking big and making things real. This role is for a strategic thinker who can move fluidly across 2D and 3D, digital and physical, and across scales ranging from intimate interactive moments to city-scale experience frameworks., * A self-starter with strong follow-through and a bias toward making

• Excited by both conceptual problem-solving and detailed execution
• Comfortable working across physical environments, digital interfaces, and hybrid experiences
• A strategic thinker who understands how design decisions ladder up to larger goals
• Curious, collaborative, and generous with ideas
• Adaptable and energized by working across different sectors, audiences, and contexts, * 3-10 years of professional experience in experience design, exhibition design, environmental design, interaction design, architecture, industrial design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across experiences, environments, and/or interactive systems
• Excellent visual communication skills (sketching, diagrams, modeling, storytelling)
• Experience with common design and prototyping tools
• Clear communicator who can explain ideas to team members and clients alike

**The base salary range will be estimated between $85-110k plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience.
