• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Oklahoma driver’s license required
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in healthcare data analysis or related field, * Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing healthcare data with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS, Power BI, Excel)
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience with maternal health data, biostatistics, epidemiology, or bioinformatics
• Knowledge of medical coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10)
• Experience with Medicaid/SoonerCare data and claims analysis
• Data visualization skills (Tableau, Lumira, Design Studio)
• Public speaking and presentation experience
