Systems Integration Analysis Specialist

We are excited to be seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration Analysis Specialist to join our Workplace Solutions Operations organization in a hybrid environment within the Radnor, PA; Omaha, NE; Fort Wayne; IN; or Charlotte; NC or remotely if needed.

Background Details

As a Systems Integration Analysis Specialist, you will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge for benefit admin platforms You will perform and support the integration of customers systems through the use of Lincoln Financials’ API capabilities. You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to coordinate activities, facilitate API integrations, and test and validate API solutions. What you’ll be doing

• You will manage and deliver low-complexity API integrations, ensuring client service needs are met while supporting business objectives and profitability goals.
• You will review client plan designs and documentation to identify requirements and activities needed for successful API integrations.
• You will serve as a liaison between internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring all stakeholders understand the optimal setup for integrating customer platforms with Lincoln’s systems.
• You will lead data collection sessions with third-party vendors to gather integration requirements, technical details, and data specifications.
• You will partner with internal teams to test and validate technical designs and capabilities that enhance API solutions and customer experiences.
• You will provide input on project plans, test plans, and integration strategies to support successful implementation and delivery.
• You will support planning discussions, contribute to case strategy and proposals, and help prepare for finalist sales presentations.
• You will apply your knowledge of API integrations and data mapping to communicate effectively with technical teams and troubleshoot integration challenges.
• You will proactively identify and resolve stakeholder issues, concerns, and roadblocks through collaboration and timely communication.
• You will help implement and support new integration processes and procedures that improve operational efficiency and deliver value to customers., This position may be subject to Lincoln’s Political Contribution Policy. • 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s).
• 1+ Years of experience in operations and/or insurance/benefits directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role.
• Previous insurance, employee benefits, or benefit platform experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence effectively across clients, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information, facilitate discussions, and align stakeholders around solutions.
• Proven client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Nice-to have experience (Preferred):

• Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to resolve client needs and improve the customer experience.
• Experience supporting client retention, relationship strategy, or service improvement initiatives.

The pay range for this position is $59,250 - $94,800 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
