Energy Systems Engineering Analyst

Constellation Energy seeks an Engineering Analyst to support reliable, efficient operation of our power generation and renewable assets. In this role, you will analyze plant and grid performance data, develop models and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost savings. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to support planning, forecasting, and compliance. • Develop models, reports, and dashboards to track key operational and financial metrics.
• Support forecasting of load, generation, and asset performance for planning and market participation.
• Identify and recommend process and design improvements to optimize energy production and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams on projects and root cause investigations.
• Ensure data quality, documentation, and adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
