Clinical Systems Analyst - Blood Bank & Laboratory Information Systems

Sonora Quest Laboratories is seeking a Technical Coordinator - Blood Bank to support and optimize technology platforms that drive safe, efficient blood bank operations. In this role, you will configure and maintain lab information systems, ensure accurate data flow between blood bank applications and core systems, and troubleshoot technical issues impacting testing, labeling, and reporting. You will partner with laboratory, IT, and quality teams to implement enhancements, support validations, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with healthcare and blood bank regulations. • Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot issues across integrated applications
• Coordinate incident resolution with IT, lab, and vendor teams
