Sourcer IT - BarcelonaLea atentamente toda la información sobre esta oportunidad y luego utilice el botón de solicitud de abajo para enviar su CV y su candidatura.About Pixie Pixie has close to 20 years of experience in IT staffing across Europe and the US, providing freelance experts across SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web.After doubling the size of our teams over the past two years, we are continuing our growth and looking for a Sourcer to join our Barcelona team and support the development of our EMEA market.The role As a Sourcer, you will work closely with our Business Development Managers to identify, approach and qualify freelance IT consultants for client projects.Your main responsibilities: Source IT profiles through LinkedIn, databases and other channels Approach candidates and build relationships Qualify their experience, availability and expectations Build and develop your own candidate network Work closely with Business Development Managers to match consultants with client opportunities A clear path to Sales This role can evolve towards a Business Development position.You will first develop strong expertise in sourcing, candidate qualification and the IT staffing market, while building your communication, negotiation and commercial skills.As you progress, you can move into a Business Development role and take ownership of your own clients and business.What we’re looking for First experience in sourcing, recruitment, sales, business development or a similar role Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach Strong communication and negotiation skills High level of English Results-oriented and target-driven Ambitious, resilient and commercially minded No previous IT staffing experience required Why join us?Clear career path from Sourcer ?
