Systems Engineer - MS 365/Copilot 5582

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support and operationalize Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365. In this role, you will enable effective Copilot usage within M365 apps, support Copilot Chat, and integrate AI capabilities into day to day workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, security, and business teams to ensure Copilot is deployed securely, governed appropriately, and used to improve productivity across the enterprise. This role plays a key part in reducing manual effort and building automation across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and operationalize Microsoft Copilot across M365 workloads.
• Enable effective Copilot functionality in Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Copilot Chat.
• Perform analytical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Copilot and M365 issues.
• Integrate AI capabilities into daily business workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Build tools, automation, and self service capabilities to support Copilot adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure secure and governed Copilot usage.
• Translate business needs into Copilot workflows, prompts, and automation.
