Job description

Seeking a Senior/Executive Agile Coach to drive Agile maturity and transformation across enterprise IT teams in a large federal environment. The role focuses on assessing team maturity, developing tailored coaching strategies, strengthening Agile delivery, and partnering with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Program Managers to improve team performance and organizational adoption., * Assess Agile maturity and create customized coaching plans.

Coach Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban teams across varying maturity levels.
Drive continuous improvement and sustainable Agile practices.
Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Program Managers.
Navigate organizational resistance and support Agile transformation.
Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile standards and playbooks.
Use Jira for Agile work management and delivery tracking.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on Agile coaching experience in complex enterprise environments.
Experience coaching teams across multiple Agile maturity levels.
Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban frameworks.
Proven success driving measurable improvements in Agile adoption.
Experience managing organizational change and resistance.
Hands-on experience with Jira.
Government or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
One Agile coaching certification such as ICAgile ACP, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Practice Consultant, or equivalent.
