Job description

Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot, delivering APIs with 99.9%+ uptime handling 10,000+ daily transactions

Architect database schemas, optimize queries, and implement caching strategies to improve performance by 30-40%
Lead teams of 6-8+ engineers across onsite/offshore locations; conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Implement event-driven architecture (Kafka), security protocols (OIDC/JWT), and cross-system integrations
Manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker) and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Debug production issues, implement monitoring/logging solutions, and ensure system reliability

Requirements

15+ years Java development; 8+ years enterprise architecture; 5+ years technical leadership

Production experience with microservices, Oracle databases, and high-scale systems (100K+ users)

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Java 8, 11, 17, 21+; Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA
RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, Oracle PL/SQL
