Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development, with 10+ years preferred/required for this position.
Strong proficiency in Pega Case Management, Data Modeling, UI Development, Decisioning, and Integrations.
Experience with Pega Infinity 8.x or later, with familiarity with App Studio and Dev Studio.
Solid understanding of Pega architecture, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), Rulesets, and Guardrails.
Knowledge of Java fundamentals, SQL, XML/JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams., * Pega Certified System Architect (CSA/CPSA) - mandatory in most cases; CSSA highly preferred.
Healthcare/Payer domain experience, including claims processing, member management, and provider workflows.
Experience with Pega Decisioning/CDH, Constellation UI, or Pega Cloud.
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and performance monitoring tools.
Knowledge of HIPAA, security best practices, and enterprise integration patterns.
Prior healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
