Job description

Its technologies support industries including buildings, manufacturing, healthcare, data centers, and utilities worldwide., * Lead the design and development of advanced hardware systems from concept through production.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and ensure seamless integration with software and systems engineering.
  • Perform schematic capture, PCB design support, and comprehensive hardware validation to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis during development and qualification phases.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of hardware engineering experience, or
  • Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field with 3+ years of hardware engineering experience.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency due to export control and ITAR requirements.
  • Strong expertise in schematic capture, hardware testing methodologies, and design verification.
  • In-depth knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity, and power management.
