As a Data Analyst your duties will include but aren’t limited too:

• Partner with business development teams to advance equipment finance transactions, resolve incomplete files, and help drive timely deal closure.

• Prepare, distribute, track, and maintain finance agreements and supporting records using electronic document platforms for approved transactions.

• Review executed contracts and funding packages to confirm completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established company policies and controls.

• Update transaction records in lending and CRM systems to ensure correct billing setup, servicing details, and documentation history.

• Communicate with customers, vendors, and brokers to address outstanding conditions, clarify agreement terms, and support closing requirements.

• Conduct welcome calls with new customers to verify key contract details and confirm documentation aligns with approved terms.

• Perform fraud reviews, due diligence checks, and funding authorization steps while documenting findings thoroughly.

• Create and issue purchase orders to third-party equipment dealers and provide status updates to internal stakeholders as needed.

• Contribute to audit readiness, follow internal control procedures, and assist with special projects requested by credit or operations leadership.

The ideal Data Analyst candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

• At least 3 years of experience in loan processing, documentation review, financial operations, or a similar administrative support function.

• Background in financial services, banking, leasing, or equipment finance is preferred.

• Working knowledge of fraud detection, fraud investigation, or anti-fraud review practices is highly valued.

• Strong analytical ability with a high level of accuracy when reviewing contracts, funding documents, and transactional data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach to B2B relationship management.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment.
