Application Programmer

This is an onsite, contract position based in Plano, TX, focused on supporting HR systems and processes. The role involves system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting to enhance the organization’s HR technology needs. The candidate should have experience with HR systems, data management, and end-user training., * Configure and support complex business processes and system integrations.

• Perform administrative functions including system configuration, data loads, and reporting.
• Review and optimize business procedures to fully utilize system features.
• Provide user support, change management, and training to improve system processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for system changes and enhancements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience with HR systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of at least three HR system modules.
• Experience with system integrations and data management.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
