Requirements
- Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to create user-centered solutions.
- Strong skills in User Research, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing insights.
- Proficiency in Visual Design for digital interfaces, with attention to layout, typography, color, and accessibility.
- Experience with Prototyping tools and methods to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Familiarity with common UX and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience designing technology products, platforms, or digital services is preferred.
