Design and implement Power BI dashboards supporting Americas operations. Develop reporting solutions similar to successful analytics programs delivered for major aerospace customers. Standardize KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and dashboard formats across the organization. Analyze operational and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Drive continuous improvement through automation, advanced analytics, and scalable business intelligence solutions. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across dashboards and reporting platforms. Industry Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Aerospace Industry Manufacturing Operations Proposal Management and Business Development RFQ-to-Award Analytics Business Performance Reporting Executive Management Reporting Operations Analytics

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working with large data sets and multiple reporting sources. Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting aerospace or manufacturing organizations. Experience building RFQ-to-Award performance reporting and proposal analytics dashboards. Knowledge of KPI framework design and executive scorecard development. Experience implementing enterprise-wide reporting standardization initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. Experience supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and operational reviews. Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting initiatives simultaneously.
