UiPath Developer / System Programmer 4

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer / System Programmer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The role will focus on building enterprise-level automation solutions while also supporting emerging Agentic AI capabilities using the UiPath platform. The position involves developing secure, scalable automations that improve operational efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and service delivery., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation solutions.

• Build attended, unattended, and scheduled bots for repetitive and rules-based processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Develop workflows using UiPath Studio, Studio Web, Orchestrator, and related technologies.
• Implement exception handling, logging, auditing, monitoring, and error recovery.
• Create reusable automation components, libraries, and templates.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with databases, APIs, enterprise applications, document management systems, and cloud services.
• Follow security, privacy, and compliance requirements when developing automation solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Monitor bot performance and optimize automation reliability and efficiency.
• Create technical documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Support modernization initiatives through intelligent automation.

Agentic AI Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining.
• Develop AI-powered agents capable of decision-making, contextual reasoning, and multi-step task orchestration.
• Integrate LLMs, generative AI, and AI services into automation workflows.
• Build human-in-the-loop processes combining AI agents with employee review and approval.
• Develop solutions capable of interpreting unstructured data, emails, forms, documents, and communications.
• Implement RAG, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration techniques.
• Apply responsible AI practices including security, transparency, auditability, and compliance.
• Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies.
• Support enterprise standards and governance for Agentic AI implementations.

Experience building production-grade automations, troubleshooting bots, and integrating UiPath with enterprise systems is highly valuable.
