ICT & Digital Transformation Lead

At BHA, we’re on the lookout for an ICT & Digital Transformation Lead to join our team and lead the next stage of our digital journey. What’s the role all about? This is an opportunity to do more than manage IT. You’ll shape our ICT and Digital Strategy, lead improvements to our systems and infrastructure, manage key suppliers and budgets, and make sure technology genuinely works for our colleagues and our customers. We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and confident in leading change. You’ll understand how technology can improve services, enjoy solving problems and be able to turn business needs into practical, effective solutions. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a consistent approach to systems, data and training; you’ll build effective relationships with colleagues across BHA as well as third-party partners and suppliers to support the delivery of an effective IT service.

o Previous experience of leading a digital IT service and introducing innovation o Experience of managing IT systems and infrastructure within a hybrid cloud and non-cloud environment o Experience of business analysis and the ability to review, document and refine IT enabled business processes o Demonstrated ability to project plan, deliver projects and manage teams in project delivery, to timescale and budget o Proven ability to manage IT procurements and establish and performance manage contracts with vendors o Proven ability to interpret data, identify and implement solutions to improve business outcomes o A values-aligned person who thrives in a purpose-led organisation
