Senior AI Transformation Lead

Beyond delivering high-end client services, we act as a strategic incubator across Media, Telco, Fintech, Healthcare, and EdTech. We stay at the cutting edge of technology, and we want an in-house builder to drive our AI evolution. The Opportunity

We need a 110% hands-on AI Lead to take total ownership of our internal AI roadmap from day one. Working directly with our CEO and department heads (HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Web, Finance), you will audit manual friction points and directly write, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and automated workflows to boost top-line growth and bottom-line margins.

Starting as our primary AI builder, you will prove value through shipped code and earn the mandate to scale a dedicated team. What You’ll Do

• Ship Code: Design, code, and deploy custom AI agents, LLM pipelines, and system integrations from scratch.
• Automate Core Operations:
• Sales: Lead gen tools, personalized outreach, pipeline tracking.
• Finance: Automated timesheet reconciliation, invoicing checks, P&L reporting.
• Talent & Web: Sourcing pipelines, content engines, design automations.
• Drive Strategy: Map internal workflows, prioritize high-ROI projects with the CEO, and measure clear operational time savings.
• Build for Scale: Lay the technical foundation to hire, mentor, and lead an AI team as the function grows.

• Proven AI Builds: Hands-on experience deploying live AI workflows/agents (portfolio walk-through required in interview).
• Tech Stack: Python/TypeScript, frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), APIs, and automation tools (n8n, Make).
• Commercial Mindset: Ability to convert business bottlenecks into high-ROI technical builds.
• Full Autonomy: Self-starter who thrives on end-to-end ownership-from initial idea to production code.
