Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

Collaborating with Growth, Customer Success, Finance, and technical teams, you will translate business needs into scalable system and process solutions, while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day management of the CRM and revenue data. You will:

• Own the business logic and end-to-end design of the revenue process, ensuring the flow from opportunity through order, billing and revenue is coherent, well governed, and supported by the right systems and data.

• Translate commercial needs into clear business requirements and system specifications, partnering with technical and engineering teams to ensure solutions reflect the intended processes and improve how revenue teams work.

• Manage the CRM and revenue data environment at a business level, including configuration, fields, views, lists, user requirements, data uploads, prospect and account data, segmentation, enrichment, deduplication and ongoing data hygiene.

• Own revenue data governance, establishing clear definitions, quality standards, required information, ownership and controls across the revenue lifecycle.

• Lead the revenue technology roadmap and optimization of the revenue tech stack, identifying opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency across CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, billing, Sales Navigator and revenue enablement platforms.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Finance to improve adoption, data discipline and ways of working, documenting processes, driving consistent execution and challenging requests that add unnecessary complexity or undermine governance.

• Advanced English

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, Commercial Operations or a similar business systems role, with a strong understanding of how CRM, data and technology support commercial processes

• Strong experience owning CRM business processes and logic, combined with hands-on experience operating and administering a CRM

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including independently managing day-to-day business-level administration, configuration and data management

• Experience managing CRM and commercial data at scale, including imports and uploads, field and list management, segmentation, deduplication and data quality

• Experience designing, documenting and governing end-to-end commercial processes, with strong process-mapping skills and sound commercial and operational judgement
• Experience working with technical teams to translate business requirements into clear system solutions
• Experience leading data governance or data quality initiatives in a multi-market organization
