IT Supporter

• Provide user support for all common applications and systems used at JvM
• Manage the inventory of hardware and software
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues
• Refine our internal processes
• Provide training courses for new and current colleagues
• Ensure the IT infrastructure and setup in the office is working smoothly

As an ideal JvM IT Supporter, you are enthusiastic about innovative technologies and work independently and in a structured manner. You concentrate on the essentials, quickly familiarize yourself with complex tasks and stand for solution- and customer-oriented implementation even in stressful situations. Committed and reliable, you enjoy working in a motivated team and creative environment. Good German language skills are a plus., * You are familiar with basic troubleshooting and IT infrastructure

• You have knowledge about the Apple ecosystem, mostly iOS and macOS
• You have good English skills, both written and spoken
• You have a strong service mindset and customer-centered and solution-oriented work is important to you
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial not only for the job but also for us as a company
