Mobile Developer Flutter

TikFinity Mobile runs on more than 500,000 phones. Creators use it to fire alerts and text-to-speech for their TikTok LIVEs straight from their pocket, and when it fails, it fails in front of a live audience. You build the app that doesn’t.

We work AI-first. You build with Anthropic’s Claude as a daily tool, which takes care of the routine work and leaves you the parts that need judgment: state, performance, background execution, and the edge cases that only show up when thousands of viewers send gifts at once.

You won’t be alone with it. You join a larger development team, work day to day with the Product Owner who owns the mobile app, and share the codebase with a second mobile developer. Design hands you finished screens; your job is to make them real on both platforms.

Duties

• Build and ship features for TikFinity Mobile in Flutter, on iOS and Android
• Handle store releases together with your fellow mobile developer: submissions, versioning, crash monitoring
• Turn finished screen designs into screens that feel right on both platforms
• Keep the app fast and reliable while a LIVE is running: live events, audio, background operation
• Work with the Product Owner and with developers from other product areas
• Use Claude to speed up implementation, testing, and refactoring

• Several years of mobile development experience with shipped Flutter apps and real store releases behind you
• Solid Dart, plus an understanding of the native iOS and Android layers underneath
• You care about performance on mid-range devices, because that’s what our users hold
• Quality awareness and independent problem solving: you find the bug before support does
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Based in Germany or Austria, or within two hours of that time zone

Great to have

• Experience with real-time features: WebSockets, push, live data, audio
• Basic mobile screen design skills for the cases where no finished design exists
• A gamer, streamer, or content creator background
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS or Hetzner
• German language skills (part of the team works in German)

We work fully remote with flexible hours, on equal footing, in a diverse international team. You ship to half a million devices, your work is visible in a live stream minutes after release, and you have short paths to decisions. The salary is competitive; details below., Gross salary for this role ranges from €60,000 to €70,000 per year (full-time). For roles based in Austria, this is an all-in contract. Depending on country and type of employment, we are open to negotiate.
